I love old stuff. I love touching it and imagining where it has been and who held it before me. I especially love vintage bottles – they come in so many different shapes, shades and sizes. They have all managed to survive when normally an empty bottle gets discarded, so that means that even if they look very ordinary, they are actually a little bit special. They look lovely when clustered in a haphazard display above a fireplace, or on a bathroom shelf (flowers/twigs optional). Best of all, the dirtier and more knocked about they are, the better they look…here is the proof:
